WATCH: Fly Into Jupiter's Great Red Spot

Jupiter’s Great Red Spot is an iconic image in our solar system, and many space enthusiasts would undoubtedtly love to know what secrets it holds.

Images from NASA’s Juno spacecraft along with clever animation will take you on a simulated flight in and out of Jupiter’s atmosphere so you can “catch a glimpse” for yourself.

This animation takes the viewer on a simulated flight into, and then out of, Jupiter's upper atmosphere at the location of the Great Red Spot. It was created by combining an image from the JunoCam imager on NASA's Juno spacecraft with a computer-generated animation.
